White Wines
While there's no way to encapsulate all the flavors of our white wine varietals in a few sentences, we are very proud of the white wines we produce here, creating each through a process of flavor development and aging.
Marsanne, 2017
This medium-bodied Marsanne and Viognier blend has a dried Meyer lemon skin taste and a sherry-like nutty quality. Fruity and balanced, round and dry with a slight almond and herbal flavor. Excellent wine for food due to its crisp fruit, structure and oily finish.

Chardonnay, 2018
A delightfully crisp, dry white wine with citrus flavors and notes of vanilla and butter. It pairs excellently with a wide variety of seafood and is enjoyed on a warm summer's day.

High acidity, over the top citrus flavors, dry taste and subtle saltiness.
Sauvignon Blanc, 2019
Initial taste of grapefruit pith which highlights the true characteristics of Sauvignon Blanc. Mellow tastes of guava and passionfruit are derived by these hot weather grapes.
Red Wines
Our reds are all refined in oak barrel aging. From our nebbiolo grapes to the fresh zinfandel, we believe our reds have a unique yet defined flavor that holds true to the traditional tastes of red.

A distinct taste of blueberries marks this full bodied wine. An intriguing medley of berries and red fruit gives way to a savory black olive finish. Notes of anise permeate throughout the palate.

These grapes tend to have a dark color and robust tannins. Our malbec is noted with pomegranates, raspberries, and blackberries. The finish on our malbec is distinctly smokey. While enjoying the malbec, you will experience spice and intensity throughout the palate.
Super Tuscan Reserve 2017
80% Sangiovese 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Rubired Cabernet
Outstanding example of the premier grape(Sangiovese) being grown in the Ramona AVA. It’s fruit forward with dried cherry and plum flavors and a sweet tannin finish.
Delphinus 2018
Robust 65% Cabernet, 20% Merlot, 10% Zinfandel blend and 5% Petite Syrah. A true California blend that has partnered all the right companions to create a harmonious taste that produces a lush taste and bold tannins.
Aquarius 2018
70% Petite Syrah, 20% Merlot and 10% Zinfandel with its luscious mouth feel, intense bouquet and long lasting finish this wine meets every bullet point and expectation.
Volantis 2018
An equal blend of Cabernet, Merlot and Petite Syrah. The lightest of our blends that is palate pleasing to even the most discerning wine connoisseurs.

Zinfandel 2017
Zinfandel grapes were sourced from Orrin Vineyards in Warner Springs, California. These 19-year old vines are planted in a chalky, powdery, limestone soil. Perfect for bringing out the pepper and spice in Zinfandel grapes.Delightful tastes of raspberry and strawberry. Aromas of red and black fruit. A nice finish of cherry and spice.
Nebbiolo, Estate Reserve 2017
An Italian red varietal that is 100% estate grown. Big bold red that is mercilessly tannic.

Pisces 33% Zinfandel, 33% syrah, 33% Mourvèdre. 2018. Pretty lift with captivating aromas that bellow out of the glass. Notes of pomegranate, cranberry and fig. Rounded, supple and elegantly balanced.
Phoenix, 2017
A blend of 50% Petite Sirah and 50% Petit Verdot. A complex, yet well balanced wine with a rich mouth-feel. Dense, substantial, a full bodied, big bold wine that coats the palate. Rich and weighty with a seductively long finish.
Lacerta, 2017
A blend of 40% Sangiovese, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Petite Sirah, 5% Zinfandel and 5% Merlot. A unique combination of varietals provides a smooth finish & distinctive taste. The Sangiovese providers a seductive aroma of toasty oak and the taste of ripe plum. The Petite Sirah intensifies those characteristics. A role that it was made to play. The Cabernet Sauvignon brings those aromas of dried fig, currents and sweet dark fruit flavors. Zinfandel adds brightness, dark cherry and spicy plum. The Merlot contributes luscious vanilla oak layers and a long creamy finish.
Sangiovese 2017
An earthy and rustic wine, featuring moderate to high tannins and a delicate color and mouth feel. This signature Ramona grape has ripe tart red fruits, hints of sour cherry; savory herbs like fennel, rosemary, and thyme.
