From travels across North and South America, a simple mission was conceived: to transmit through the simple yet monumental acts of cooking and eating, an appreciation of Latin American culture, the importance of edible biodiversity, and the necessity of small scale ecological food producers. Colectivo Felix imparts this ethos upon everything that touches the plate.

Spicy jalapeño sangria

Eggplant caponata + grapefruit + cilantro

Pink peppercorn cured Arctic char + heirloom tomato + strawberries + frisee + wild sage dressing

Boneless pork ribs & hibiscus mole + charred berry & jicama salad + herbs and flowers

Rose geranium & burrata + grilled fennel + candied beets + hoja santa dust

Braised beef cheeks + prunes, tomato & purple yam + fresh parsley & breadcrumbs

Summer berries fruit cake + chocolate & chipotle ganache
